At BuyFloorRegisters.com, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it. If you are not satisfied, call us at 1-866-551-1481 or email us at info@buyfloorregisters.com with your order number, and a detailed reason for the return. Your order number can be found on the packing slip or in the Shipment notification email.
All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition, unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Your Proper Return Checklist
RGA # - Mandatory number that is given out by BuyFloorRegisters.com when you phone or email us with return request. Any return without this number will be invalid and not processed. Once you receive the number, write it down on the packing slip or anywhere else and place it in the package.

Original Packing Slip - This is a piece of paper that came with the shipment. It may be found on the outside of the package in a see-through plastic envelope. The slip contains your entire order information with exception of the billing.
Please pack your order with care. If the items are received back with the damage other then described, we may not accept the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when we receive the returned package. All refunds are charged back onto the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds usually take approximately 3 to 5 weeks to process after return shipment has been received.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, unless the product is damaged or returned based on BuyFloorRegisters.com's error. Additionally, as our items are not mass-processed and shrink-wrapped in boxes, we must inspect every item returned to us for damage or use. If BuyFloorRegisters.com determines that damage was the result of customer's wrong-doing, BuyFloorRegisters.com will reserve the refund for that item.
We will refund your shipping costs only if the return is a result of BuyFloorRegisters.com's error or manufacturer's defect. When exchanging merchandise for similar items, we will send the replacement (if available) with no additional shipping charges incurred on your part. If your replacement item is larger or heavier than the original package additional shipping costs may apply.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items damaged(in a way that we were not warned about) or missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#)
All returns require an RGA# in order to be processed. You can receive this number by calling us at 1-866-551-1481 or email us at info@buyfloorregisters.com.
Packages returned without a RGA will be refused. Your RGA# is valid for 30 days.
